As illustrated to the right, the Temperature
Selector/Warning indicator will be RED
when an error condition exists. To view the
Temperature Status, tap the
Temperature
Warning
icon.
Subsystem Temperature
Three major areas in the Auditorium Unit are monitored
for operational temperatures. They are; the Media Block,
the Auditorium Unit Enclosure, and the Projector.
Media Block
The Media Block indicator is green when the unit
temperature is within operating limits. The indicator will
display red when an error is detected.
Enclosure
The Enclosure (Auditorium Unit) contains two thermistors
monitoring temperatures. One is located in the Lower
(base) area and the other is located in the Upper area. Both
thermistors are monitored and their status is shown on the
Enclosure indicator. The indicator will display red when
an error is detected.
Projector
A number of areas in the Projector have temperature
sensors dedicated to monitoring operating temperatures on
critical devices.
UPS

The Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) self monitors
for internal temperature. The indicator is green when the
unit temperature is within operating limits. The indicator
will display red when an error is detected.
Projector Component Temperatures
Panel (R, G, B Imaging)
Maintaining correct operating temperature on the imaging
panels is critical to the quality of presentation. The
indicator will display red when a Panel temperature error
is detected.
Media Block Status
Because of the critical nature of the Media Block to the
management and presentation of content, a number of its
internal operations are monitored.
To access the Status pane
for the Media Block, tap
Menu

Status
and
then tap
Media Block
.
The MEDIA BLOCK
pane appears which
displays status indicators
for the current state of the
Media Block.
• READY
• PLAY
• ALARM
Also, the status of
various operational areas
within the unit are indicated. Those areas are:
• Process/Component
Video, Audio, Process, and Battery
• Memory
DIMM 1 and DIMM 2
• Power Supplies
Power Source 1 and Power Source 2
• Security
Security Module and Fingerprint
When Media Block is selected from the Status Menu the
MEDIA BLOCK information is displayed.
Media Block State
The State indicator for the Media Block are as follows:
• READY
When illuminated (GREEN), indicates the Media
Block is operational.
