Status
You can view various status indicators for the Auditorium
Unit from the Projectionist Terminal.
The Status menu
selection allows you to
access the following
status information for the
following areas and
subsystems in the
Auditorium Unit.
• Projector
• Lamp
• Fan
• Temperature
• Media Block
• RAID
Additional information
may be contained in documentation specific to the various
sub-system.
To view the status information, tap Menu and then tap the
specific sub-system from the available Status Menus. The
Status panes present views into the selected sub-system.
Indicators found on the Status panes have three possible
states. They are:
(GREEN) - Operation Normal
(Yellow) - Warning
(RED) - Error
(GRAY) - State Unknown
The Status section describes information available when a
specific Status Menu is selected. Refer to the specific
Menu section for additional details.
Projector Status
To access the Status pane
for the Projector, tap
Menu
, tap
Status
and
then tap
Projector
Components
.
The Projector pane
appears which displays
status indicators for
major components in the
projector sub-system.
They are:
• Power
• Peltier
• DVI Signal
• Ballast
• RT Clock Battery
• Board, Lens, Electrical
When Projector is selected from the Status Menus the
PROJECTOR status pane is displayed.
The STATUS button shown to the right
appears on all SMS Controller windows and
provides immediate access to the Status
Selector/Warning indicators. When any Warning
condition exists the STATUS button will appear RED as
shown. To view which system area requires attention, tap
the
STATUS button
and the Status Selector/Warning
buttons appear.
To view which projector area requires
attention, tap the
STATUS button
and the
Status Selector/Warning buttons appear. As
illustrated to the right, the Projector
Selector/Warning indicator will be RED
when an error condition exists. To view the
Projector Status, tap the
Projector Warning
icon.
