This chapter provides you with the information necessary to solve simple issues that might occur
with your interactive display. If issues persist, or are not covered in this chapter, contact SMART
technical support.
Resolving image issues
Complete the following steps if your interactive display doesn’t display an image correctly or
doesn’t display any image at all.
Diagnosing blank screen issues using the front control panel lights
Use the following troubleshooting table when your computer is turned on, but you don’t see an
image on the interactive display screen.
Begin by looking at the display status light in the front control panel located in the lower left corner
of your interactive display.
