1.11.3

Carriage drive wire assembling

• Winding the wire to the wire winding pulley

(1) Fit the

3 spherical terminal (on the central part

of the wire) into the hole of the wire winding

pulley.

Set the wire so that the part of the wire with a

hook on its crimped side be on the upperside.

(2) Wind the wire to the each front and rear side

pulleys.

Winding turns are:

•

2 and 3/4 turns on the opposite to the boss

side (outside) of the pulley.

•

4 and 3/4 turn on the boss side (inside).

After winding, secure the wire with the wire

holder jig.
