Open Block Table 

The block table is used for building the SVMi-20i call routing applications. 
This is the most frequently accessed area in the SVMi-20i and determines 
its behavior when it is routing calls. All the prompts and options offered to 
callers are programmed here. 
Because most of the configuration, for any customer, will usually be in the 
block Tables, they will be explained in detail separately in the next section.
