If the output specified is out of range, the maximum offset will be set.

The offset is also determined by the output termination (50Ω or high

impedance). If the offset has been set and the output termination has

changed from 50Ω to high impedance, the offset will double.
Changing the output termination from high impedance to 50Ω will half

the offset.
