Advanced system operation

Press type:
Enter the welding device used.
Trigger mode
Select the ultrasound trigger point:
▪
Pressure:
The ultrasound is triggered according
to a preset trigger value (differential pressure).
▪
Time:
After a specific time has elapsed from the
start of the cycle.
▪
Travel:
After a programmed distance from the
top rest position.
▪
Off:
No trigger available.
▪
External:
Digital input
Trigger mode before/after SSW:
Select SSW status for ultrasound trigger point:
▪
before:
For a welding stroke longer than 6 mm.
The ultrasound starts before the 6 mm safety
switch (SSW).
▪
after:
For all welding operations within 6 mm
stroke. The ultrasound starts after the 6 mm
safety switch (SSW).
After pulse:
Light ultrasonic pulse during return stroke of the
press. Prevents the plastic part from sticking to the
sonotrode.
System pressure measurement:
Disables pressure indicator on the ADG display in
special machine configurations.
Travel measurement:
Disables travel indicator on the ADG display in
special machine configurations and selects various
travel scales.
Amplitude mode:
External control of the amplitude in special machi-
ne configurations.
