ENERGY MODE
In Energy mode, the momentary power absorbed by the welding object is
added up in small time intervals. To detect uniform welding quality, the
energy flow must be limited with "Limits".
Cycle
After the trigger (force) has been reached, the welding process is started.
The ultrasound stops after the energy level has been reached.
Contact breaker
Upon metallic contact between the sonotrode and anvil, the ultrasound can
be stopped at a voltage potential of 24 V when punching fabrics and fleece.
For this, the signal box STO 2_1 Inputs is used on the rear side of the
generator.
It must be supplied externally with 24 V DC to Pin 1 or 2. The metal support
isolated from the machine table is connected to Pin 8.
Time and/or Energy mode
In this mode, the welding process is ended after a set time and/or energy
level is reached.
Cycle
After the trigger has been reached, the welding process is started.
The welding process lasts from Start until the programmed time and/or
energy level is reached.
