Transport inspection
After receipt of the shipment, check whether all parts correspond to the
package content list and that there is no visible damage.
In the event of visible transport damage, proceed as follows:
Do not accept the delivery, or accept it only with reservation.
▪ Note the damage on the transport documents or the delivery slip of the
haulage company.
▪ Register complaint.
▪ Keep packaging as evidence.
NOTE
Register a complaint for every defect as soon as it is identi-
fied. Claims for damage will only be accepted within the
applicable complaint period.
The haulage company is responsible for damage caused
during transport. A complete report that accurately describes
the damage must be submitted to the haulage company and
serves as the basis for damage claims.
You must notify us immediately about damaged or lost goods
delivered by us and provide us with a copy of the above
mentioned report. Insofar the goods are delivered by RINCO
ULTRASONICS AG free of charge or CIF, the damaged
shipment will be replaced if necessary and claims
made on the insurance.
