In the following error tables, the error messages and possible causes of the
errors are listed.
NOTE
In the case of errors that are not caused by the application,
contact your nearest RINCO ULTRASONICS AG service
centre.

The mains voltage for the
oscillator is too low.
▪ Check mains voltage, correct if
necessary.
▪ Replace generator module
002: 002 12 V power pack defective The 12 V power pack is
defective

▪ Check fuses
▪ Replace generator module
002: 003 Minimum modulation output
stage
The minimum modulation of
the output stage below limit
▪ Check oscillator system, replace if
necessary
▪ Replace generator module
002: 004 Temperature of output
stage too high
The set maximum tempera-
ture value at the heat sink
of the power transistor has
been reached
▪ Check cooling
▪ Improve cooling of the generator
