This part mainly shows navigational information of own ship (OS).
OS heading from compass
Lat/Lon position of OS
COG and SOG of OS (or CTW and STW)
Screen Dimming Selector button for DAY light
(or for DUSK or NIGHT)
OS Speed
Quality of GPS Position
Selector button:
[GND STAB] - Ground stabilized or
[SEA STAB] - Sea stabilized or
GND MAN] – Ground stabilized by
manual settings
Note:
If transmitted sensor data are unsafe for a high quality of data calculation, the regarding indication
changes from green (blue in later versions) to yellow, to signal a caution state. If no or invalid data are
available, the indication of data kind changes to red and only some dashes are shown instead of data values.

Lower left corner
This part contents settings and adjustment functions for the radar transceiver to get an optimum of target
indication.
Activated functions are shown in blue colour.
Interference rejection
Target enhance can be selected as
‘ENH Off’, ‘- Slight’, ‘- Medium’ or ‘- Strong.
‘GAIN’ can be altered by click and move.
‘RAIN’ and ‘SEA’ can be adjusted by click
and move, or by selecting an ‘ASC’ Mode.
Tune signal strength of received echoes.
‘TUNE’ can be adjusted by click and move,
or automatic by selecting [AFC].
[TX] – switchable to [STBY] or ‘TX’
(TX/STBY is in above picture blocked)
Transmitting pulse, selectable depending on
selected range as [SP], [MP] or [LP]
