READY
LED blink-
ing
Note: A brief period of blinking is
normal when the unit is first turned
on or following an exposure.
1. 400 V Not ready for exposure.
2. On stored energy (SE) units,
batteries not ready for exposure
(i.e., in charging mode).
3. Heat units are exceeded.
1. If blinking is continuous, verify the
line voltage is high enough. (Check
voltage across capacitor bank (C9-
C12 and C13-C16 on single-phase
units, C1-C4 on SE units, or C9-
C12 and C13-C16 on three-phase
units) to see if it is out of range
(i.e., 380-420 VDC).)
2. Check AC input transformer tap
adjustment for correct line voltage
tapping.
3. Check for 24 VDC at Power Sup-
ply Board A6 (AY40-005T) +24
VDC test point. If +24 VDC not
present, turn off generator and
remove plug from Power Supply
Board A6 (AY40-005T) connector
J2 and re-check +24 VDC test
point. If +24 VDC is present,
something is loading down voltage.
