that need to be performed prior to starting an extraction process. Touch the
Start
button to begin the
run after all checklist items have been performed or touch the
Cancel
button to return to the Cartridge
Setup screen.

This screen indicates the steps that will need to be
performed to prepare the instrument for processing the selected samples. Preprocessing steps are not
indicated on the Extraction Checklist and should be performed prior to this stage according to the
technical manual for the kit being processed.
