9. Place the accessories box on top of the packing foam. Affix the Certificate of Decontamination on top of
the accessories box (Figure 69).

10. Close the flaps on the shipping container top, and secure them with packing tape.
11. Write the return authorization number provided to you by Promega or your local Promega
representative on the outside of the shipping box.
8.D. Instrument Disposal
Contact your local Promega Representative for disposal of the instrument. Please follow your institutional
and country-specific requirements to handle the disposal of accessories. Instrument must be decontaminated
prior to disposal.
