Positioning and Lift Transfer Rail Width Adjustment

Setting the Board Under Holder Plate on the Movable Side

Set the board under holder plate on the movable side which is removed at the procedure 3-2-1.

Turn off the servo switch.

Set the board under holder plate on
the movable side to the conveyor on
that side.

• Fix the lower part of plate with two of M3 bolts.

• Set the under holder plate so that the gap

between it and the clamp plate on the movable
side gets 1 mm to 2 mm.

• Set it not to shield the under holder interlock

sensor attached to the conveyor on the mov-
able side.
