4-10-1 Printing Position Data
1. Printing position data
When the board of specified size is printed at the center of specified mask plate-making reference,
(0, 0, 0) point of printing position data agrees. (But, the origin of machine might deviate a little.)

When there is an error in the mask plate-making or when you use a mask frame that is not
specified by our company, the (0, 0, 0) point of printing position data may change.
2. Printing position offset
This is used when the positioning deviation occurs due to the difference of squeegee printing
direction or when the subtle deviation occurs due to the expansion of the mask, etc. even after the
mask recognition. Normally, set it to “0”.
And, when the position correcting flag of solder recognition data is ON, the deviation detected by
the printing conditions check in the machine adjustment is input in this offset as the correction
value.
4-10-2 Editing Printing Position data
Normally, you do not need to edit this data because it will be adjusted to the value found by the
production data teaching.
