Mask/Solder Recognition Data
3. BoardSide/MaskSide Block data
The block data for board or mask can be displayed by clicking BoardSide or MaskSide .
a. Block
It shows each block No. Block 1 and block 2 are used also for mask recognition. So, be sure to set
them so that they will be located diagonally and the distance between them should be long.

b. Solder recognition
Choose whether to use the solder recognition function.
ON
: Solder is recognized.
OFF
: Solder is not recognized.
Position correction : Solder is recognized.
When you perform the printing condition check of machine adjustment, the
deviation quantity of solder is calculated and the offset data of the printing
position check position is corrected.
c. 1point/1pair
Choose 1-point recognition or 1-pair recognition for each block.
Unless the precision is especially important, set 1-point recognition.
d. 1point/1pairX, 1point/1pairY
Input the recognition point’s coordinates as measured from the board origin for the first point (or
pair).
e. 1pairX, 1pairY
When choosing 1-pair recognition, input the other recognition point.
