The cause may be one of the following:

Power was cut without performing the
shutdown procedure.

No IP address(es) assigned for the DSP
card(s) by the DHCP server.

Alarm for an optional service card.

Flashing (240/minute): Initialise failed
•
Flashing (60/minute): WAN connection session
malfunction (router malfunction)
