SERVICE CALLS
Your spa warranty gives you specific coverage. Be sure to read the enclosed warranty carefully. It is your responsibility to be aware
of and perform maintenance specific to your spa model and environment. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate
to contact your dealer or Pacific Spas. As issues that relate to poor maintenance are not covered under warranty it is very important
that you follow the maintenance guidelines in this manual.
Failure to adhere to regular maintenance procedures will lead to improper water balance, which will in turn contribute to the failure
of the heater element, pump seal, coupling seals, spa pillows and/or cover.
For any warranty service required, please call the Certified Pacific Spas dealer where you purchased the spa.

Have the serial number and model of your spa (located on the silver registration plate on the front of the spa) at hand with your
date of purchase and store receipt.
It will be necessary to confirm that the electrical installation is in accordance with the Canadian Electric Code Part 1. Please be
ready to supply the name and telephone number of the licensed electrician who wired your spa. Please keep your invoice for
future reference.
2021 LIMITED WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty is extended to the original purchaser of a spa from Pacific Spas, manufactured after 01 February 2020 and
installed in North America.

Warranties for Other Components
Fuses, all surface finishes, spa base and filter cartridge are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship at
the time of delivery only. Headrests and filter lids are warranted to be free of defects for 90 days component replacement from the
date of sale. Pump seals are warranted for one (1) year component and labour replacement. Plastic components, jets, diverter
and other external valves are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship and materials for three (3) years
component replacement from the date of sale. Other factory-installed components including, but not limited to, stereo components
(radio, speakers, subwoofer) UV and ozone systems are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship and
materials for one (1) year component replacement and 90 days replacement labour. Bromine Generator Systems are warranted
for three (3) years component replacement and one (1) year labour replacement. Spa covers are warranted to be free of defects in
materials and/or workmanship for two (2) years component repair or replacement. In.touch and in.touch 2 systems are warranted
for one (1) year component replacement. Synthetic skirting/cabinets are warranted to maintain their structural integrity for two (2)
years component and labour replacement from the original date of sale.
Performance
To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, notify your Pacific Spa dealer as soon as possible
and use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. Sub-zero ambient temperatures require the spa to be
inspected at least once every 24 hours. Upon the presentation of a valid proof of purchase, a designated service representative
will correct the defect subject to the terms and conditions contained within the Pacific Spas Reimbursement Schedule and this
Limited Warranty. Providing access to the spa, howsoever occasioned, is fully borne by the spa owner. A reasonable mileage
charge may be applied. Repairs are based on restoring structural integrity and functionality to the spa and may not include
aesthetic restoration. If Pacific Spas Manufacturing Ltd (the Manufacturer) determines that repair of the defect is not feasible, it
reserves the right to provide a replacement spa instead, equal in value to the purchase price of the original spa, less all applicable
depreciation. In the event of replacement, all costs associated with removal of the original spa, shipping, delivery and installation of
the replacement spa are borne by the end user. Replacement spas carry the balance of the original spa’s warranty.
