4.7.1 FTP Server Configure
File transfer protocol (FTP) is a protocol for exchanging files on
the Internet. The standard Internet protocol for downloading, or
transferring, files from one computer to another. You can use
this standard, for example, to offer files for downloading or to
receive files from other users.
4.7.1.1 Setting Parameters and configure example
FTP Listening Port
: the default
value is 21. The user can
modify the port value.
Max Connections for the same IP
: it means the max
connections the user going to set, note that 0 means no
restriction. It connects automatically.
FTP Account Management
: there are three levels of
accounts:
Ftpadmin account
: it has the biggest authority. It can
view, download and upload files.
Ftpuser account
: it can view and download files.
Anonymous account
: it has the view authority only.
