It is theoretically possible that
some percent values in the statistics are
larger than 100%, for example if there
would be more than one extrasystole per
cycle.
9.14 Emergency Stimulation
In case heart stimulation becomes inef-
fective with the set parameters in place,
PACE 203H provides an emergency
stimulation program. This emergency
program can be quickly and easily acti-
vated from all operational states by
pressing the key
EMERGENCY
.
PACE 203H defaults immediately to the
emergency stimulation program with the
parameter shown in Table 55.
Note:
In case PACE 203H is locked, it
must be unlocked first by pressing the
key
Unlock/Lock
.
Note
: By pressing the emergency key,
PACE 203H irrevocably abandons the
last parameter setting.
Note
: The pacer will give a warning if not
both (atrial and ventricular) leads are
connected. However; due to D00 pacing
mode (Table 55) the pacer will also
safely stimulate in single-lead configura-
tion.
