Maintenance Menu
Menu Overview / Refresher
The final two menus reference the maintenance
functions of the HT22 system. These menus are
Maintenance and Communications.
Remember, to access these menus, press the MENU
key after logging onto the system, then press the
RIGHT ARROW key to navigate to the menu. To
access the options of this menu, you must have the
proper password level and be logged into the Main
Encoder.
Room Out of Service
At times, it may be necessary to take a guestroom out of
service for various reasons. For example, if a room is
being renovated, no guest will be staying in the room.
As a way of insuring that no guest will be given a key
for this room, the HT22 system can mark the room Out
of Service. When the room is marked as Out of Service,
guestroom cards cannot be encoded for that lock. Once
the room is placed back in service, cards may once
again be issued for that room. Taking a room out of
