* Note: Master Cards have an additional level
of security. Each master type can have its own
level required to encode that master. For
example, an EK key may require a level 5
password to encode it while a Housekeeping
Section key may require only a level 3 password
to encode. A system operator with a level 3
password can access the Encode Master
function, but CANNOT encode the EK key.
This operator CAN encode the Housekeeping
section key.
The operator levels required can be customized to fit a
property’s needs.
Adding a New System Operator
To add a new operator to the system, perform the
following steps:
1. Enter your password and press the ENTER key.
2. Press the MENU key.
3. Press the RIGHT ARROW key three times to enter
the Security menu.
4. Press the ENTER key to enter the Operators List.
5. Press the RIGHT ARROW key repeatedly, until
“Add New” is highlighted.
