Using the HT22 System - 21
Press the
MENU
button, then press the
Right Arrow
button six times until the
Communications
menu
appears.
Turn on the PP by pressing the Red
ON/CLR
button on
the PP.
On the encoder, Press the
Enter
button.
Press
Enter
at the next screen to accept the
Complete
Loading
default option.
Enter
1111
at the ‘PP Password’ prompt.
At the ‘From Room’ prompt, enter
9991
and press
Enter.
At the ‘Until Room’ prompt, enter
9991
and press
Enter.
If your system has been configured with ‘Back of
House’ locks, you will see the ‘From Door’ prompt. If
you see this prompt, press the
CLR
button on the HT22
Encoder and the HT22 will begin to load the
information into the Portable Programmer.
If your system has not been configured with ‘Back of
House’ locks, the HT22 will begin to load the
information into the Portable Programmer.
When the communication is finished, the HT22
Encoder will display ‘End of Comm’. Press
Enter
to
return to the menu. Press
Exit
to log out of the system.
The Programmer is now ready to Initialize the Sample
Mounted Lock. Plug the round connector from the
attached PP cable into the round jack in the bottom of
the lock.
Power on the PP by pressing the Red
ON/CLR
button.
Press the
Menu
button of the PP three times. You will
see ‘4. Initialize’ on the screen.
Press the
UP
arrow until you see ‘9991’ on the screen.
(This will be the only option unless your system has
been configured to work with HTCombo safes. In this
case, you will have ‘$9991’ as an option in addition to
‘9991’. Make sure to choose ‘9991’)
