MENU key to select another function, or press the
EXIT key to log out of the system.
Rooms Information
This function allows the property to display the status
and availability of all guestrooms.
To view the rooms information, perform the following
steps:
1. Enter your password and press the ENTER key.
2. Press the MENU key.
3. Press the DOWN ARROW key five times to select
Rooms Information.
4. Press the ENTER key. The list of rooms will appear
on the screen. Any occupied rooms will be
highlighted, and the expiration date and time for the
current card will be displayed to the right of the room
numbers.

5. Press the UP and DOWN ARROW keys to scroll
through the list one room at a time, or use the LEFT
and RIGHT ARROW keys to scroll through the list
one page at a time.
6. When you are finished viewing the rooms
information list, press the MENU key to select
another function, or press the EXIT key to log out of
the system.
