Using the Quick Test Feature
Note:
The reactance measurement uses the serial equivalent circuit diagram for
results calculation.
Use the following wiring for reactance measurement (example):

Serial resistance, calculated from the output signal and the
voltage measured at input "Sec".
Xs
Serial reactance, calculated from the magnitude and phase
angle of the output signal and the voltage measured at input
"Sec".

Frequency measured at input "Sec".
Ls or Cs
Serial inductance or capacitance of the test object, calculated
from the measured values.
The
CT Analyzer
automatically detects whether the test object
is an inductance or a capacitance based on the phase angle.
