Setup menu
The
SETUP
MENU
screen offers six options to customize your
961/962, including display, navigation, and chart setup; and
functions to load/update/delete charts, set up demo mode, and
view time information.

screen uses six menu keys—
DISPLAY
SETUP
,
NAVIGATION SETUP
,
CHART SCREEN SETUP,
CHART INVENTORY, DEMO SETUP
, and
TIME
INFORMATION
—to control setup customization:
•
Use the
DISPLAY SETUP
key to change the time zone
and the time-display format, XTE scale on both steering
screens, distance and speed units, tide-height units,
maximum number of
*SAVEDXX*
waypoints, and the
vessel’s owner identification message and password. For

setup” starting on page 13-2.
