Turning the system on

Using the PWR key

To turn on the 961/962: 

1. Press the 

PWR 

(power) key in the upper left-hand corner 

(pressing the 

PWR

 key activates the control head and the 

processor). 

After several minutes, the

 INITIAL STARTUP

 screen 

appears, which is displayed for about five to ten seconds. 

Initial startup screen

After the 

INITIAL STARTUP

 screen, the 961/962 automatically 

displays the 

SYSTEM TEST 

screen for about 10 seconds.
