Selected route point dialog box
2. If desired, to reverse the direction of the route, press the
REVERSE DIRECTION
key; if not, to go directly from your
present position to the selected route point, press the
GO
NOW
key (or press the
CANCEL
key to cancel).
The
CHART
screen appears, showing the track line to the
selected route point, and the future trip as copied from the
displayed route. Your vessel’s present position and time
have been inserted as a past trip point, and any previously
existing future trip points have been deleted.
Going to a selected trip point
Selecting a past trip point takes you only to that point—you
won’t follow subsequent past waypoints back. Selecting the
active or future trip point lets you continue with the
remainder of the trip.
