Events Options are Yes and No. Default is Yes. Required field.
This setting enables the Recorder to send information
about the D-Channel decoded events to the command
control engine.
When the Nortel Contact Recording recorder is controlling
the TDM recorder, the NCR recorder is not interested in
these events. In this case, the setting should be No.
Auto Gain
Control Enables an option on the voice card to automatically
amplify the voice on the channel when necessary. Options
are Yes or No. Default is No. Required field
Start Record
Events Default is “event off hook.” NOTE : This field is not
displayed on the Recorder Manager and the configuration
will be hard coded on a per client basis during the install.
Additional values will be customized per client.
Stop Record
Events Default is “event off hook.”
