Nortel TDM Recorder
NGX card properties
The following information appears on the Cards page when you select
General Setup > Voice > Cards
in the Recorder Manager with an Ai-Logix
NGX voice card. Refer to “Compatible voice cards” on page 98 for model
numbers.

PCI Bus
Number
Bus Number - numeric entry. Read-only
PCI Slot
Number
Slot Number- numeric entry. Read-only
Card Type
Model Number. Ready-only (NGX800, NGX1600,
NGX2400)
Serial
Number
Read-only. Identifies the hardware slot the card is in.
Card Status
Voice card status (Newly Added, Replaced, Removed,
Existing). Ready-only
Audio Record
Format
Defines the method for encoding the audio data in a WAV
file. Predefined options are Alaw, uLaw, G726 (default),
and G729A. This field is editable and required
VOX Run On Defines the length of time sound needs to be below the
threshold before the VOX method determines a call has
ended. Threshold is configurable on each channel. This
field is editable and required
VOX Turn
On
Defines the length of time sound needs to be above the
threshold before the VOX method identifies a call.
Threshold is configurable on each channel. This field is
editable and required.
