Recorder Software Installation

Standard 3.0

Nortel TDM Recorder

Open Microsoft IIS.

In the navigation pane, expand the local computer node.

Select the Web Service Extensions node to display a list of all available
extensions.

In the Web Service Extensions list, change the status of all extensions
except

All Unknown CGI Extensions to Allowed

In the navigation pane, expand the

Web Sites

node.

Select the Default Web Site node, and change its permissions to allow
full access rights for the administrator account, or the account you used
to log on to the server.
