Use
Program 16-02 : Department Group Assignment for Extensions
to set the Department Groups.
The system uses these groups (64 Department Groups) for Department Calling. Assign pilot numbers
to Department Groups you set up in Program 11-07. This lets system users place calls to the depart-
ments. Use Program 16-01 to set the priority of each extension in each Department Group. When a
call comes to the group, the extensions ring in order of their priority.
