The AT-MIO-64F-5 is factory calibrated before shipment, and the associated calibration
constants are stored in the factory area of the EEPROM. Table 6-1 lists what is stored in the
EEPROM factory area.

When the AT-MIO-64F-5 board is powered on, or the conditions under which it is operating
change, the calibration DACs should be loaded with values from the EEPROM, or if desired, the
board can be recalibrated. The AT-MIO-64F-5 calibration process is not difficult or lengthy, and
requires no external equipment or wiring. Calibration is performed by calling the MIO_Calibrate
function in NI-DAQ. The function calibrates the board and performs the necessaray EEPROM
reads and writes and calibration DAC writes.
