BASIC BREAD
(PROGRAMME 4)

Weight > 1000 g
Time > 3 : 20
Ingredients
Oil > 2 tbsp
Water > 325 ml
Salt > 2 tsp
Sugar > 2 tbsp
Powdered milk > 2.5 tbsp
White bread flour > 600 g
Yeast > 1.5 tsp
tsp > Teaspoon
tbsp > Tablespoon
To start your recipe, please refer to steps 1 to 7 of the
paragraph "use".
Then, start the BASIC BREAD programme by pressing
the button
. The indicator light will come on.
The timer colon flashes and the timer will count
down. The operating indicator lights up.
The cycle will start.
At the end of the cycle, refer to step 11.
IMPORTANT Using the same principle, you can
make other traditional bread recipes: French Bread,
Wholemeal Bread, Sweet Bread, Fast White Bread,
Gluten Free Bread, Salt Free Bread: to do so, simply
select the corresponding programme in the menu
button.
BAGUETTE

To give your baguettes a springier texture, add
1 tbsp oil to your recipe. If you want to give your
4 baguettes more colour, add 2 tsp sugar to your
ingredients.
