8.2 Initial setting
8.2.1 Setting of switches in upper link unit
When using the upper link unit (C200H-LK201-V1 or C500H-LK201-V1), set the switches as
shown below.
1) When the C200H-LK201-V1 is used

a) Setting of the SW1 and the SW2
(setting of the unit No.)
Set "SW1: 0, SW2: 0" (to set the unit No. 00).
b) Setting of the SW3
(setting of the transmission speed)
Set "SW3: 6" (to set 19,200 bps).
c) Setting of the SW4
(setting of the command level, the parity and
the transmission code)
Set "SW4: 2"
(to set even parity, 7 ASCII bits and 2 stop bits).
d) Setting of the 5 V supply SW
When using the optical interface Z3RN-A-5, set
this switch to ON (5V supply provided).
When not using the optical interface, make sure
to set it to OFF.

e) CTS selector SW
Set this switch to the "0 V" side to always keep
the CTS at ON. Set this switch to the "external"
side to receive signal from the outside.
Usually, set this switch to the "0 V" side.
