Electrical parking switch
WARNING
Never press the electrical parking switch
while the vehicle is in motion.
Doing so while the vehicle is moving at low
speed may also cause shifting to the “P”
(PARK) position and stop the vehicle
abruptly. This can damage the vehicle
and/or could result in injury to occupants.
To avoid unintended actuation of the “P”
(PARK) position switch, never place an
object on the switch.
Unintentional shifting to the “P” (PARK)
position can lead to an accident.
CAUTION
If a problem occurs with the electrical park-
ing switch system, a warning will be dis-
played on the information screen in the
multi-information display. If this warning is
displayed, have your vehicle immediately
inspected by a certified Mitsubishi EV
dealer.
Do not spill liquid, such as a beverage, on
the electrical parking switch. This can cause
the electrical parking switch to malfunction.
