Starting and Stopping Engine

When the vehicle is in motion, DO NOT
switch off the ignition or remove the key,
otherwise the steering wheel may be locked,
making it impossible to turn the vehicle.
When the vehicle is in motion, DO NOT
touch the key to avoid engine flameout!
The ignition switch is located on the right side of the
steering column. Function of each position is as follows:
Position LOCK/OFF
• The key can be inserted or removed.
• After the engine is stopped and the key is removed,
turn the steering wheel to one side to lock the steering
wheel.
Position ACC
• The engine is not started and the key cannot be
removed.
• Some individual electrical equipment and accessories
can be operated, such as power windows.
Position ON/RUNNING
• All electrical equipment is operational.
• After the vehicle is started, the engine runs.
Position START
• Engine will run after starting.
• Release the key immediately after the engine is
started, the ignition switch will return to position
ON/RUNNING automatically.
