If USB pen is not inserted “USB STICK NOT
PRESENT” will appear on display 9.
U n s c r e w U S B p o r t s c r e w a n d r o t a t e
protecting plate by 90° to gain access to
USB port.
Insert USB pen into oven USB port (see
diagram).
W A R N I N G : A f t e r r e m o v a l o f U S B p e n
reposition the protecting plate and screw
protection screw back in.
When “HACCP LOG” appears on display 9
press key 19 or confirm by pressing the
knob.
“SAVE LOG?” appears on display 9
Insert USB pen and press knob or key 19
to save log, or press key 14 to return to
previous menu.
When procedure is complete the display will
show “COMPLETED”.
Press key 14 to go back to previous menu.
