8.2.1 Inspection
The
[System information]
window displays the date of the last inspection and the
time remaining until the next inspection (⇨ "Displaying System Information", page
70).
8.2.2 Maintenance
The maintenance measures are defined in the Service Manual, which can be
requested from the authorized service personnel.
8.3 Repair
Repairing restores the proper functioning of the device and ensures it is free from
damage. It is necessary if, for example, a fault has occurred in the device.
WARNING!
Repairs may only be carried out by a service technician authorized by Maquet.
8.3.1 Send Device to Authorized Service Point

Switch off the device.

Empty the device completely (Emptying the Tank).

Remove all accessories and connection cables. Only include the accessories
necessary for the inspection and repair.

Before packaging, decontaminate all parts in accordance with the procedures
applicable to the clinic.

Package the device so that it is protected from damage. If possible, use the
original packaging or the packaging of a loaned or replacement device.

Enclose a description of the problem together with the name, address and
telephone number of the contact person.
8.4 Authorized Service
For an inspection or repair, contact your local service agent.
