10.2 FUNZIONAMENTO
AUTOMAZIONE CON
BATTERIA
Le modalità di funzionamento
dell’automazione con batteria attiva sono
diverse da quelle impostate in presenza di
alimentazione dalla linea elettrica.
Il comando di funzionamento del cancello
è eseguito in modalità “uomo presente”
(comandi dati in maniera persistente).
Le fotocellule, il lampeggiante, la luce di
cortesia, la luce spia e gli ulteriori
dispositivi collegati all’alimentazione
servizi (morsetti 19-20) non funzionano;
l’elettroserratura può funzionare solo
manualmente.
Il funzionamento in batteria è evidenziato dalla
centrale mediante lampeggio alternato dei
due led verdi (6 e 7).
E’ possibile effettuare un regolazione
avanzata (2° livello) della forza in modo
analogo a quanto descritto al cap. FUNZIONE
FORZA:
a)
Scollegare il motoriduttore dalla rete
d’alimentazione e verificare che le
batterie siano collegate.
b)
Seguire pari passo le indicazioni
riportate al cap. FUNZIONE FORZA, 2°
livello per la regolazione della forza e
della velocità su ognuna delle 4 fasi di
lavoro di ogni motoriduttore.
ATTENZIONE: è necessario impostare un
valore basso della forza in quanto è un
movimento d’emergenza, senza fotocellule
di sicurezza e segnalazione del
lampeggiante.
10.2 AUTOMATIC FUNCTION
WITH BATTERY
The automatic function modes with battery
enabled differ from those set with the mains
supply active.
The gate operation command is given in
the “dead man” mode (commands given
in a persistent way).
The photocells, flashing light, courtesy
light, indicator light and other devices
connected to the auxiliaries power supply
(terminals 19-20) do not work, the
electrolock can only function manually.
Battery function is indicated by the control unit
through the alternate flashing of the two green
leds (6 and 7).
It is possible to perform an advanced
adjustment (2
nd
level) of the force in the same
way as described in the FORCE FUNCTION
Chapter:
a)
Disconnect the operator from the power
supply and check that the batteries are
connected
b)
Follow the indications given in the
FORCE FUNCTION chapter, 2
nd
level for
the adjustment of the force and the
speed on each of the 4 work phases of
each operator.
ATTENTION: a low force value must be set
as this is an emergency manoeuvre,
without safety photocells and the flashing
light
.
10.2 BATTERIEBETRIEB DES
ANTRIEBS
Die Funktionsweise bei Batteriebetrieb des
Antriebs unterscheidet sich von der
eingestellten Funktionsweise mit
Netzstromversorgung.
Die Torbewegung wird mit Totmann-
Funktion ausgeführt (Dauerbefehl).
Lichtschranken, Blinkleuchte,
Zugangsbeleuchtung, Kontrollleuchte und
weitere an die Zubehörspeisung
(Klemmen 19-20) angeschlossene
Vorrichtungen funktionieren nicht. Das
Elektroschloss funktioniert nur per Hand.
Der Batteriebetrieb wird von der Steuerung
mit dem abwechselnden Blinken der zwei
grünen LED-Anzeigen (6 und 7) angegeben.
Es kann eine erweiterte Einstellung (2. Ebene)
der Kraft vorgenommen werden, wie in Kap.
FUNKTION KRAFTEINSTELLUNG
beschrieben ist:
a)
Unterbrechen Sie die Stromversorgung
des Antriebs und vergewissern Sie sich,
dass die Batterien angeschlossen sind.
b)
Führen Sie bei der Kraft- und
Geschwindigkeitseinstellung Schritt für
Schritt die im Kap. FUNKTION
KRAFTEINSTELLUNG, 2. Ebene
angegebenen Anweisungen für jeden
der 4 Arbeitsabläufe jedes Antriebs
durch.
ACHTUNG:
Stellen Sie einen niedrigen
Wert der Kraft ein, da es sich um einen
Notbetrieb des Tors handelt und weder
Lichtschranken noch Blinkleuchte aktiv
sind.
