E’ vietato automatizzare un cancello che
non sia già efficiente e sicuro in quanto
l’automazione non può risolvere difetti
causati da una errata installazione o da
una cattiva manutenzione del cancello
stesso.
Durante l’installazione dell’automazione
fare costantemente riferimento alle norme
armonizzate EN 12453 e EN 12445.
Verificare che i singoli dispositivi
dell’automazione che si intende realizzare
siano compatibili alla centrale di comando
GE2, con particolare attenzione ai dati
riportati nel cap. DATI TECNICI. Non
proseguire con l’installazione se anche
uno solo dei dispositivi non è adatto
all’uso.
Accertarsi che il luogo di installazione
della centrale non sia soggetto a
inondazioni o allagamenti, fonti di calore
o fiamme, incendio o situazioni di pericolo
in genere.
Durante l’installazione tenere protetti i
componenti della centrale per evitare che
vi possano penetrare all’interno liquidi (es.
pioggia) e/o corpi estranei (terra, ghiaino,
ecc.).
Collegare la centrale solo ad una linea di
alimentazione elettrica eseguita secondo
le norme e dotata di messa a terra e di
sezionatore dell’alimentazione.
E’ possibile dotare la centrale di una
coppia di batterie tampone (opzionali); la
loro installazione dovrà essere eseguita
da un INSTALLATORE
PROFESSIONALE così come la
manutenzione e la sostituzione.
Il materiale dell’imballaggio deve essere
smaltito nel pieno rispetto della normativa
locale.
Indossare occhiali di protezione quando
si devono praticare i fori di fissaggio.
Nel caso di lavori in quota (sopra i 2 m da
terra), ad esempio per installare il
segnalatore luminoso o l’antenna, è
necessario che il personale compente sia
attrezzato di scale, imbragature di
sicurezza, casco di protezione ed
quant’altro previsto dalle leggi e dalle
norme per l’esecuzione di tali lavori. Fare
riferimento alla direttiva 89/655/CEE
modificata dalla 2001/45/CE.
4.2. VERIFICHE PRELIMINARI
Prima di procedere all’installazione è
necessario compiere le seguenti verifiche
preliminari sul cancello e sulla zona
d’installazione:
1)
Le ante del cancello devono essere
solide e robuste; le cerniere devono
essere adeguate alle dimensioni e al
peso delle ante, avere giochi minimi ed
essere solidamente fissate.
2)
Il movimento delle ante, sia in chiusura
che in apertura, deve essere uniforme:
non vi devono essere punti in cui la
resistenza alla rotazione o l’attrito sia
maggiore. Effettuare manualmente
alcuni movimenti di prova aprendo e
chiudendo più volte più volte le ante.
3)
Le ante del cancello devono essere ben
bilanciate, cioè non devono muoversi se
lasciate ferme in qualsiasi posizione
durante l’apertura o la chiusura.

During installation, make constant
reference to harmonised standards EN
12453 and EN12445.
Ensure that the individual devices to be
installed are compatible with GE2 control
unit, paying careful attention to the points
raised in the TECHNICAL DATA chapter.
Do not proceed if even just one device is
unsuitable for the intended use.
Ensure that the place of installation of the
central unit is not prone to flooding, does
not contain sources of heat or naked
flames, fires or hazard situations in
general.
During installation, protect control unit
components in order to prevent liquids
(e.g. rain) and/or foreign bodies (earth,
gravel, etc) penetrating inside.
Connect the control unit to a power supply
line created in compliance with current
regulations and earthed and fitted with a
power supply sectioning switch.
The control unit may be fitted with a pair
of buffer batteries (optional); the
installation, maintenance and
replacement of buffer batteries must be
performed by a PROFESSIONAL
FITTER.
Wrapping materials must be disposed of
in compliance with local regulations.
Wear protective goggles when making
holes for clamping.
In the event of works at heights of over
2m from the ground, for example for the
installation of the indicator lamp or aerial,
fitters must be equipped with ladders,
safety harnesses, protective helmet, and
all other equipment required by law and
the standards governing this kind of work.
Refer to Directive 89/655/EEC amended
by 2001/45/EC.
4.2. PRELIMINARY CHECKS
Before commencing installation, the following
preliminary checks must be performed on the
gate and the area of installation:
1)
Gate leaves must be solid and sturdy;
hinges must suit the dimensions and
weight of leaves, gaps between parts
must be minimal and they must be firmly
anchored.
2)
The movement of the leaves during
opening and closure must be uniform:
there must be no points in which there
is greater resistance to rotation or
friction. Perform a number of trial
movements by opening and closing the
leaves several times.
3)
Gate leaves must be well balanced, that
is they must not move if left immobile in
any position during opening or closure.
Es ist verboten, ein nicht funktionstüchtiges
und unsicheres Tor mit einem Antrieb zu
versehen, da dieser Funktionsstörungen,
die auf eine falsche Installation oder eine
nachlässige Wartung des Tors
zurückzuführen sind, nicht behebt.
Während der Installation des Antriebs ist
ständig auf die Vorschriften EN 12453 und
EN 12445 Bezug zu nehmen.
Es ist zu überprüfen, ob die einzelnen zu
installierenden Vorrichtungen für die GE2-
Steuerung geeignet sind, wobei besonders
die im Kap. TECHNISCHE DATEN
angeführten Angaben berücksichtigt
werden müssen. Die Installation ist sofort
zu unterbrechen, wenn auch nur eine
Vorrichtung nicht für diese Verwendung
geeignet ist.
Vergewissern Sie sich auch, dass der Ort
zur Installation der Steuerung nicht
Überschwemmungen, Wärmequellen,
offenen Flammen, Feuer oder anderen
Gefahrensituationen ausgesetzt ist.
Während der Installation sind die
Bestandteile der Steuerung zu schützen,
um das Eindringen von Flüssigkeit (z. B.
Regen) und/oder Fremdkörpern (Erde,
Kiessand) in das Innere zu verhindern.
Schließen Sie die Steuerung nur an eine
Stromversorgungsleitung an, die den
Vorschriften entspricht und über Erdung
und Trennschalter verfügt.
Die Steuerung kann mit zwei
Pufferbatterien (optional) ausgestattet
werden. Ihre Installation als auch die
Wartung und der Austausch müssen von
einem FACHINSTALLATEUR ausgeführt
werden.
Das Verpackungsmaterial muss den
örtlichen Bestimmungen entsprechend
entsorgt werden.
Verwenden Sie Schutzbrillen beim Bohren
der Befestigungslöcher.
Wenn Sie Arbeiten in einer Höhe ab 2 m
über dem Boden durchführen, um z. B. das
Warnlicht oder die Antenne zu installieren,
sind Leiter, Sicherheitsausrüstung,
Schutzhelm und alles, was gesetzlich und
von den Vorschriften zur Durchführung
solcher Arbeiten vorgesehen ist, zu
verwenden. Es ist auf die EU-Richtlinie
2001/45/EG zur Änderung der Richtlinie 89/
655/EWG Bezug zu nehmen.
4.2. ÜBERPRÜFUNGEN VOR
DER INSTALLATION
Bevor mit der Installation begonnen werden kann,
sind Tor und Installationsbereich folgendermaßen
zu überprüfen:
1)
Die Torflügel müssen solide gebaut und
stabil sein. Das Torband muss den Maßen
und dem Gewicht der Torflügel entsprechen,
ein Kleinstspiel haben und gut fixiert sein.
2)
Die Öffnung und Schließung der Torflügel
hat gleichmäßig zu erfolgen. An allen Stellen
hat die gleiche Belastung und ein
einheitlicher Widerstand bei der
Drehbewegung des Tores zu herrschen.
Öffnen und schließen Sie die Torflügel
mehrmals von Hand, um dies zu testen.
3)
Die Torflügel müssen gleichmäßig
ausgerichtet sein, d. h. sie dürfen sich nicht
bewegen, wenn sie an einer Stelle während
der Öffnung oder Schließung losgelassen
werden.
