8. Two persons should lift up the instrument and place it on the stable table.
9. To get free access for exchanging the stages the front edge of the instrument
should be coincident with the edge of the table.
The roughing pump is decoupled when the feet are not in direct contact with
the chassis of the instrument. The feet of the roughing pump are placed on
the instrument table and should not contact the base plate of the instrument,
which might be the case when moving the instrument to its final position.
Slightly lift up the instrument vertically and lower it to its final position again.
Now, the feet of the roughing pump should not be in contact with the base
plate.
