Is the voltage on J704-14
and 16 pins on Power
Supply PCB about 0 V
when the unit is powered?

Is “+5V” on J602-16
pin correct?

Is the power supply voltage
range (21.6 – 41.6 V)
correct?

Is the fuse rating correct?

Is the polarity of power
supply line correct?

Replace the fuse.

Correct the polarity.

Power supply unit is
faulty.

Set ship’s supply voltage
within the specified range.
