Configuration - Safe Area Configuration

The Safe Area Configuration dialog box opens with only the wafer 
configuration drop-down menu active.

Click the menu arrow to access the Sample Configuration menu. (See 

Figure 14.13

.)

Choose the required sample configuration. (See 

Figure 14.13

.) This changes the 

information in the Safe Area configuration display.

Click 

Set Active

 to activate the new Safe Area configuration. (See

To edit the safe area configuration parameters, click
