9.8.6 Sostituzione sensore asse X
Attrezzi da utilizzare
• Chiave esagonale da 2mm
• Chiave inglese da 13mm
Misure di sicurezza
Durante le operazioni di sostituzione è molto importante
non sollecitare gli attrezzi (dime di taratura, asta cambio
fresa, chiavi esagonali, ecc.), al fine di evitare possibili
danneggiare ai componenti della duplicatrice.
Come procedere:
• rimuovere la copertura posteriore e la griglia di protezione
della scheda come descritto al paragrafo 9.8.0 a pagina 82
e tagliare le fascette;
• staccare il cavo collegato alla scheda elettronica;
• rimuovere la copertura fondo macchina come descritto al
paragrafo 9.8.0 a pagina 82;
• con la chiave inglese in dotazione, allentare il dado di
bloccaggio del sensore;
• svitare e togliere il sensore e sostituirlo con uno nuovo;
• dopo aver avvitato e bloccato il nuovo sensore, avvicinare il
carro agendo sul gruppo di movimentazione;
E’ molto importante in questa fase lasciare uno spa-
zio di 0,02mm tra il punto A e B.
• richiudere la copertura fondo macchina e fissarla;
• collegare il cavo del nuovo sensore alla scheda elettronica;
• fissare i cavi con nuove fascette;
• richiudere il carter posteriore e la griglia di protezione della
scheda e fissarli.
9.8.6 Replacing the X axis sensor
Required tools
• 2mm hexagon wrench
• 13mm adjustable wrench
Safety warning
Before carrying out this operation turn OFF the power
and disconnect the power cable.
Procedure
• remove the back cover and the protection grid of the card as
described in paragraph 9.8.0 on page 82 e cut the straps;
• disconnect the cable from the electronic card;
• remove the bottom cover as described in paragraph 9.8.0 on
page 82;
• use the adjustable wrench to loosen the nut that fastens
the sensor;
• unscrew and remove the sensor and replace it with a new one;
• after fastening and locking the new sensor, move the
carriage towards it using the relevant controls;
IMPORTANT! Leave 0.02mm clearance between point
A and B.
• put back the bottom cover into its initial position and fasten it;
• connect the cable of the new sensor to the electronic card;
• fix the cables with new straps;
• fasten the fan with the 4 screws;
• close the rear carter and the protection grid of the card and
fix them.
