2 nA to 200 nA range current offset
To calibrate the current offset for each range:
1. Connect the DMM to the Model 6517B preamp output, and place the triaxial cap on the Model
6517B input.

2. Allow the input to settle for 120 seconds, then take the DMM voltage reading.

20 pA to 200 pA range current offset
To calibrate the current offset for each range:
1. Connect the DMM to the Model 6517B preamp output, and place the triaxial cap on the Model
6517B input.

4. Disconnect the DMM from the preamp output, and place a triaxial cap on the Model 6517B input.

To calibrate the current offset for each range:
