12.2.1 Service case - door elements can be
moved freely
Fault Cause Remedy
The door element of
unit can be moved
freely Motor cable is faulty Control board faulty.
Inspect cable and plug Replace control board (ETS 21cc).
12.2.2 Service case - unit blocked
Fault Cause Remedy
No release Sensor dirty Clean sensor.
Sensor faulty Replace sensor.
Card reader faulty Test the input to the control unit.
12.2.3 Service case - no release
Fault Cause Remedy
No release Sensor faulty Replace sensor.
No release signal Check release signal.
Inspect sensor cable.
12.2.4 Service case - door element does not
open/close
Fault Cause Remedy
Door element does not
open/close. Drive unit faulty Replace drive unit.
No ready signal from the
control unit Check control by ETS 21 (LED R1/R2).
Motor blocks/faulty Inspection motor control (motor LED).
Power supply faulty Check voltage (terminals 9, 11).
Door element does not
open. No release signal Check control by reader (LED I1/I2).
