6.3 Elimination of faults
The following list is intended exclusively for
operators and describes faults that can be
detected and eliminated without specialist
knowledge.
DANGER
Only have technical faults resolved by
specialist personnel
Incorrect actions can lead to physical injury,
e.g. electric shock or injury from machinery, or
to material damage.
Faults that are not on the list may only be
resolved by trained specialist personnel.
see Section 2.4 Quali cation of specialist
personnel
6.3.1 Malfunction - unit blocked
Fault Cause Remedy
Unit blocked. No release Issue release.
Release active for other
direction Issue desired release.
Wait for passage from the opposite direction.
Blocking function active Deactivate blocking function.
Leaf is mechanically blocked Remove obstacle.
6.3.2 Malfunction - door elements in open
position
Fault Cause Remedy
Door elements in open
position Release function active Deactivate release function.
No mains voltage Check mains fuse.
