Argus HSG
10 Commissioning
For commissioning, the unit must be in a safe
condition. To ensure this, an expert inspection
is necessary.
The Argus HSG may only be commissioned
by specialist personnel.

10.1 Commissioning sequence
Inspect the electrical connection to ensure it has
been executed correctly.
Check network voltage: 100 - 240 VAC /
50 - 60 Hz.
Inspect mechanical construction.
Clean unit.
10.2 Function test of the unit with
protocol
Test all the functions of the Argus HSG
Single passage following a release from the card
reader or release button.
Set home position for all functions that can be
controlled from the control console (e.g. release,
block, etc.).
Check behaviour when currentless.
Check set-up after mains failure.
Check optional functions.
Check the status signals.
Initial inspection using the expert inspection list.
Documentation of the initial inspection in the
inspection book.
Transfer of the unit and documents to the cus-
tomer.
